Help requesting admin forgot password

Hello there, I am logged into word press and when trying to access my admin or customise my page I am required to login. Upon trying to do so, I enter in the normal email address and password and it says that the password is incorrect etc. When trying to send of a forgot password link, it says check your email for the confirmation link – but when logging into the email account used, which I have access to, no email has been sent. Is there something I can do to retrieve the email? I am beyond confused.

Since WordPress.com is not your hosting provider, any attempts to reset your password here would have zero effect on your website access.
I recommend reaching out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site. If you’re not sure who is your hosting provider, you can use a website like Hosting Checker to look up that information.
