  Hello, my name is Fardin. I have created a website (www.rockshiremedia.com) with the help of third-party from Upwork.

  Currently my business is dormant and I am trying to put a pause on everything. I had a google workspace gmail assocaited with wordpress and the website ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) but it is no longer active. So I am unable to access the required codes to recover my account. Please advise.

  I’ve checked it, and the site rockshiremedia.com is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.

  Your site is hosted with Google Cloud. You need to contact them for assistance with this site. If you need to renew the domain, you’ll need to contact Tucows Domains, that is where the domain rockshiremedia.com is registered.
