Help resetting a password

Hi,
I’m trying to reset the password for an account that my company has lost the password to, but am not receiving the reset emails. Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are trying to upgrade our plan which expires soon.

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.
If you did not register the underlying .wordpress.com under your username account contact whoever registered it.
After the blog’s owner logs in clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username account, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If the blog’s owner does not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then they need to follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility
If the log-in information is lost they need to visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

I see that the password reset email was successfully sent a few times earlier today. This email was delivered to the email on the account that owns blog.basespace.illumina.com.
