help resetting password

Hi, When trying to get into my website to design, the log-in page said my password was invalid, so I clicked the link to reset. It indicated there was a link in my email. So I went to my email and clicked the link in the email to reset my password and it takes me back to the log-in page saying ‘Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.’ When I got a new link, it just does this on an infinite loop. Does anyone know what i need to do to access my account?

I’m sorry you’ve been in trouble to access your site. As you seem to be in looping I’m tagging this thread with “modlook” tag so staff can take a look at your end and see whats going on.

I have this same issue where I get stuck in a loop, but it doesn’t even acknowledge that my email is the one that’s registered despite getting WordPress update and confirmation emails sent there.

Can you please confirm which site you are trying to access? The fact that you can post here as mscolleenazureyahoocom means you are already logged into that account.
