help retrieving my domain … it expired!

    Hi I need help retrieving my domain http://www.createlearningcenter.com – it expired.. the email reminders must be going to an outdated email account. please use (email visible only to moderators and staff) for communication
    I am a school and in a mess without email communication – all tied to the domain!
    please help!

    Hi there,

    Your domain expired and is now in redemption. Normally, that requires you to pay for the domain renewal plus an additional $80 redemption fee. We are able to help offset the cost of getting your domain back online by waiving the $80 redemption fee as a one-time courtesy.

    I have emailed you a payment form for the renewal of your domain ($18).
