HELP!! Seems all my JS. only loads when I'm logged in?

    Can’t get my head around why my javascript and some CSS files only load when I’m signed in? My website is zizzylocal.com and if you use Chrome and press f12 you’ll see lots of js. and CSS are missing, when I’m signed in it all works fine? Stumped to say the least.
    P.s. not sure when the issue happened as when I’m woking on the site I’m always signed in, didn’t think to check it while not being signed in, live and learn!

    Any advice or tips would be greatly received.
