Help Setting Up Pre-Existing Email (Stopped Working After Changing Name Server)

I have pre-existing email on my domain, and when I changed the name servers, that email will stopped working. I received the complete MX and/or other DNS records from my registrar. Would someone be able to help me set this up? Thanks!
