Help!!! Shorter showing on home page

  This is probably a stupid question but how do I change it so instead of showing all blog posts in full on my home page it shows the first paragraph and you have to click to expand the post?

  I know its probably something simple I am missing so if someone can point me in the right direction with an idiot proof answer I’d much appreciate it.
