    Have a paid WordPress plan but cannot log into it because my site is displaying “HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.” I understand the issue may be plugins, however i cannot log into the site to remove them nor can i log into the site to get live chat support from WordPress. I’m hoping someone can advise ways to fix the error message and my log in issue. The site is http://www.eeog.org, it would not let me enter it above.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    It looks like your site is currently hosted with GoDaddy so you’d need to approach them for support.

    If you’re having difficulty with your current host, you may be interested to know that, for a limited time, we’re offering free migrations to WordPress.com. People move to WordPress.com for many reasons, but common features people love include:

    * Priority 24/7 support from our expert team
    * Unrestricted bandwidth
    * Super fast, global CDN with 28+ locations

    @caimin Thanks for your response. I currently do have a PAID plan with WordPress and my website has been hosted with WordPress for some time now. Because of the 503 error I cannot login to my paid account to reach out to support. I have reached out to GoDaddy and this is their response:

    As discussed, there’s no update from the site eeog.org DNS records from few days ago that has been done. However, the IIS/ Server’s Application pool is not running, which is the reason why the site is down. We have successfully restarted the application like we did the last time. Please see attached images for reference.

    This is happening due to application issues. Please check this with your server admin to review the logs and fix.

    I have been in an endless loop for the past few weeks. I would like to stay with WordPress but this is extremely frustrating and I need to contact the support that I am entitled to with my paid plan. Is there an email I can contact? Please help.

    Neither the site nor the domain eeog.org are here at WordPress.com. They are both at GoDaddy.

    It sounds like there may be some confusion between WordPress.org and WordPress.com. This guide explains the differences between WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress sites: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
