HELP – Sketch theme

  Hi there,

  I am wondering if you’d be able to help me :)
  I am setting up a the Sketch theme and so far it’s great.

  I have two questions though:
  1. I would like the order of my portfolio folders to be the same order as seen in the menu. I.e. Print, Web, Catalogs, Patterns (not Patterns, Catalogs, Web, Print). I have not been able to solve this.

  2. Is it possible to have a horizontal, static menu on the Sketch theme? Such as seen up above on this website for example. Versus what I have (www.bettinanorton.wordpress.com) – where the menu only drops down once the button above has been clicked and only goes away again if the button is clicked again.

  3. Can I make the logo at the top clickable? I’d like to make it so when you click it it returns you to the home page.

  Hi there.

  Portfolio projects are ordered on portfolio pages by date of publication, most recent first, so if you want to re-order them the only way I know of is to change the dates in the project editor. Go to Portfolio ->All Projects in the dashboard and use the Quick Edit link to change the dates.

  2. Is it possible to have a horizontal, static menu on the Sketch theme?

  This depends on your screen size. If I view your blog on my computer I see a regular menu if my browser is maximised, but if I make my browser window smaller the menu gets hidden under a button. The same would happen on smaller screens. You should be able to override this feature with CSS, but you’ll need the custom design upgrade (included in the $99 premium bundle) to do that.

  3. Can I make the logo at the top clickable?

  Are you speaking of the “B & co.” at the top left? It is clickable for me and takes me to the home page. Does it not work for you?
