Help – SO confused!!

  Hi – sorry if I’m posting this in the wrong place but I’m a little frustrated right now. We are trying to add a new page to our site and we want it to have categories contained therein. We have another page that has this (designed by our host, but we now have full access as he is too busy to help us).

  We’ve made the new page with very little pain. However…how the HECK do we get it so that when a user clicks that page, a list of the categories will come up. We know how to fill the categories, because we’ve done that on our other page.

  Feel so stupid. We’ve been trying for three days now to get this to work and the best we’ve been able to do is to add colour to one of the page names – woohoo! Please explain in “OMG this woman is too stupid to live” terms if at all possible.
