Help SO hard to find a CS rep to answer a questions

    Can I download a plug in on put it on another site? The only way to buy a plug in was to register for a new account

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Your question is not very clear. But if you want to use a third party plugin on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    I have hosting already. I have an entire website built. My WP login credentials do now work to be able to buy this WooCommerce plug in that I needs. I am at a loss.

    WooCommerce is a free plugin, so you can always download a copy from here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/

    There can sometimes be extensions (that add more ecommerce functionality than is included in the free WooCommerce plugin) that can have an additional cost however. If you are purchasing an extension from here, for example, some are free and some have an added cost: https://woocommerce.com/products

    Note that WooCommerce (both the free plugin as well as official extensions) are a product of Automattic, the parent company of WordPress.com, which is why you need a login on woocommerce.com if you are purchasing an extension or creating a WooCommerce.com account for other reasons.

    Thank you for the help. I installed the WooCommerce plug in directly from my wordpress site. Because I did that, I do not have a WooCommerce login nor am I registered with them.
    I am automatically directed to their login with your WordPress credentials.

    My WordPress account does not work. So to buy the plug in which I need I have to log in. I am trying to buy the Affirm plug in necessary to run their program.

    How do I let WC know I already have their plugin running perfectly fine on my website so I can buy the additional plugin?
    What do I use to log it?

    I should tell you the WP account I am using now, it a fake account I used to get help. I did register on the WC site with my email and it created a new WP account which is in no way connected to my website.
