Help! Some people can see my site but others don't (site can't be reached)

I recently created a new site. Today I found out that some people can see it but others only get “server not found” or “the site can’t be reached.” People who’ve previously viewed the site seem to see it okay, but those who are visiting it for the first time cannot access. Help! How do I fix this!

I can access the site fine from my end. For the people who cannot see the site, are they all located in the same country? If so, what country are they located in? It may be an issue of a country block and they would need to use a VPN in order to view your site:
