Help : Spotlampe.com theme got deleted

  Hi,

  We noticed that our Theme on http://www.spotlampe.com has been deleted.
  Appreciate it if you could restore our website to previous state on a priority basis.

  Hi Brian,

  The plan for spotlampe.com recently expired, which is why the theme is no longer working. The upgrades are owned by another user of the site and need to be renewed through their account so please ask them to log in and reply here — we can then help them renew the plan.

  Hi Geema,

  thanks for your response. We managed to renew the earlier Theme which had expired. However when we try uploading the theme videobox.zip..we get an error message – Problem uploading theme: unauthorized .

  We are trying this upload from our Admin Log-in…not sure what the issue is. Is there any other way to update. Please do help us.

  Hi there,

  The problem is not with the theme.

  Your WordPress.com Business Plan, which gives you the ability to use third party themes on a WordPress.com site, expired on 26 June and was removed from the account on 3 July.

  In order to continue using that theme on WordPress.com, the spotlampe9x account that owns the site will need to add a new Business Plan to the site. If that’s also your account, please log in and comment here as that account, and we can help you add a new Business Plan to the site.

  You are posting here as the WordPress.com username, spotboye

  The site belongs to a completely different WordPress.com account with the username, spotlampe9x, and it’s also that username who owned the expired Business Plan, and who owns the domain upgrade still connected to the site.

  We’ll need you to comment here as the user spotlampe9x to help restore the plan to the site. spotboye is an admin on the site, but not the owner.

  Thank you for commenting via the correct account.

  I’m sending you a link via email to pay for the Business Plan’s renewal. The link will go to the email address on record for the spotlampe9x account.

  Once we receive your payment we can reactivate the plan on your site, and then you’ll be able to reactivate your theme as well.
