Help- subscprition renewal

    Hi, I paid for a subscription last year and want to cancel it. I got an email saying they will renew my subscription automatically on July 10th, but I do not want this renewed. How do I cancel this?

    hi,

    You can remove your credit card information from your Billing History at
    https://wordpress.com/me/billing.

    Look for “Manage Your Credit Cards” and click “Delete” on your card.

    Please note that removing your credit card info also switches off your auto renewal.

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com. On what site do you have these upgrades? Only the account that owns an upgrade can cancel it or disable automatic renewal.
