Help! Subscription renewal not working!

    Hello, we are having problems renewing our subscription! It expires tomorrow but even after submitting payment details we’re getting a message saying ‘This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them?’ We can’t confirm we want to purchase. Is this an error?

    Upgrades have to be renewed from the user account that originally purchased them. Are you using that account?

    If this did not solve your above problem, please add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of this forum thread for Staff assistance.

    Thank you for your response. I’m afraid this won’t be possible as the person who originally purchased them no longer works at the company. Is there an alternative please?

    Since you’re a verified admin on the account, I have transferred the upgrades over to your user account. So, you should now have the ability to renew the upgrades.
