HELP – TIME SENSITIVE: WordPress.com site not pointing to root domain
-
I’m new to WordPress and just launched my site (wordpress version). The root domain I own has already been connected to WordPress but it shows an old website draft created on WordPress, not the current content and design created from my WordPress dashboard. Can someone tell me how to update my DNS records to fix this? Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello @jasonsune. I’ll be happy to help with this.
I checked and can confirm that your domain is currently pointing correctly to your WordPress.com site, which is in “Coming Soon” mode. However, just to make sure I understand what you’re aiming for, I noticed that you have more than one site in your account. Could you let me know which specific site you’d like your domain to point to? You can view all your sites here:
If you’re thinking about using the domain with your already published site instead of the one still in “Coming Soon” mode, you can easily transfer the domain by following this guide:

Feel free to share more details about what you’re hoping to achieve. If you need to share any sensitive information, you can also reach us by email at help@wordpress.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
