  The administrator for our organisation website: https://escallschapelsennen.com has left the organisation.
  We do not have any password details to access the site. We wish to change some of the content.
  Can you help please?

  Hi there!

  To gain access to the site, the previous site Administrator should transfer ownership of the site to a new WordPress.com user account. This is the best way to transfer the domain and plan to a new Administrator.

  If they’re not able or willing to do this, you would need to go through our account recovery process by providing details to prove ownership.

  If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
