Help to create new free website

According your instructions you sent me, I try to create a new website but does not accept my email. The message is ‘Choose a different email address. This is not available. If this is you log in now’.
I have my account is called ‘Vinocorp’ (with same email)and I have a option ‘My site’ ( I work in Spanish ‘Mi Sitio’) where I can create my website. Let me know if it is possible to use this option for creating my free website.

Just create a new site choosing the Free option and let me know so I can associate the Premium Plan with the new site.
