Help to delete my site

Hey. I’m about to close down this blog and my WordPress account, but I’ve been getting the same message for hours now when I’m trying to delete my site. It says:
“We are still in the process of removing your previous plan. Please check back in a few minutes and you’ll be able to delete your site.”
I have removed and detached the domain I was using and a few days ago I refunded my business plan and I’m on the free plan now.
Is there a way to fix this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Also, even though I’ve been downgraded to the free plan, it still says business and I have a wpcomstaging domain instead of a WordPress.com one.
