Help to 'Delete Site'

Going through the ‘Delete Site’ process, I came to a point where the page asks me to backup my site and export it. At this point, it neither lets me ‘Export Content’ (clicking the link does nothing) or ‘Delete Site’ (button is disabled). Please help!

To delete a WordPress.COM hosted blog you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site. The guide is here http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ note the alternatives provided there.
