help to disable email notifications

  I want to disable the email notification option on nbcsports.com. I just signed up this morning and have already been inundated with dozens of email notifications. Please assist.

  As far as I am aware, that site is not part of WordPress.com. I suggest you contact them. And check the emails for an unsubscription notice, generally hanging out at the bottom of the email.
