Help to download my wordpress site for different hosting

  I would like help to download fridayaugust4.wordpress.com site
  so that I can upload it to another server at 1and1.com and attach it to my domain name.

  The hosting site I have paid for at 1and1 includes hosting for a wordpress site.

  How do I download my new site fridayaugust4.wordpress.com or transfer this site to my active domain name teganforbes.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
