Help to forward my wordpress site emails to outlook please?

Hi, I’m in the process of updating my two business sites and trying to get my emails to synch.
Looks like one site is synching to my new generic outlook account, however, the other still seems to be synching to a very old Virginmedia (Blueyonder) account. I have synched this to my generic outlook account, but I’d prefer to bypass Virginmedia/Blueyonder altogether, as this seems to be causing numerous missing emails, synch problems, lost email attachments etc.
I’ve read through the forums, but am still a little stuck with this specific issue.
I don’t (yet!) want to completely delete my blueyonder/virginmedia account, as I am still getting stray business emails through.

From your dashboard, navigate to Upgrades → Emails. At the bottom of the page, select Start with Email Forwarding. To set up a new email forward, enter the new email address name in the Emails sent to the field, and the destination email address in the Will be forwarded to this email address field.
