Help to get a refund and cancle my upgrade. Requesting an answer please.

    Hi to whomever gets this. I have been trying for the last 10 days to cancel my upgrade and get a refund. I keep trying the “press the cancel button” option (4 times) but I never get the follow up email. Now that option is not available. Can you help me with this. Please at least answer. :(

    Sorry for the trouble. I can help you with that.

    As it has been longer then 48 hours, I cannot refund the domain registration. But I can refund the remaining $73 and you will retain use of the domain to either transfer to another registrar or point to your new webhost.

    Let me know if you have any questions or just let me know and I will process the refund.
