help to get help from wordpress when Help@wordpress will not answer sent email

I have emails Help@wordpress several times and have not gotten a response. Is there another way to contact them with AI can not resolve issue. This is a free account so can not be connected to human support.

I continue to not get any assistance with getting into the wordpress account that person is no longer with organization. Not able to contact person therefore we cannot renew the domain our wordpress is attached to. Reset link does not send email.
I have helped the help line two days ago. I have completed the recovery task with no response. Absolutely no help from wordpress if you have the free version.

Two threads on the same subject doesn’t help. The issue isn’t that you have a free account. It is that you are asking for access to an account you don’t own. Organisations need to have systems in place for such eventualities to make sure domains etc are transferred before someone leaves. Your easiest solution is to reach out to the domain owner and ask them to renew and then transfer the domain. If they are still alive and a reasonable human being they ought to help. Otherwise you may well have to wait a couple of months until the domain is released and hopefully you can buy it again before a domain squatter does. I assume you’re talking about LakeCountryPlayers.org
