Help to get my website control back

  I am Peter Macedo, owner of Upping Digital. Gustavo Oliveira used to manage my website on WordPress, but we have since let him go. When I tried to access the website administration to include the link to our service desk page, neither my email, (email visible only to moderators and staff), nor the old email of Gustavo, (email visible only to moderators and staff), grants access to the administration of the site http://www.uppingdigital.com. I know the username is gusarmento because I received the invitation to be the account administrator, but when I try to access the Upping website administration with my email, I cannot gain access. Could you please help me? Thank you.
