help to install Theme

  well i bought a theme from envatomarket and i want to try to install on wordpress but everytime i go to my wordpress themes it doesnt have the add new button on the top you know where you import themes do you guys know why i dont have it or what do i have to do .

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Again, you can’t add/install/upload themes on blogs hosted by WordPress.com
