Help to locate and disable plugin

  I need to disable a plugin because it is overwriting my menu and therefore I cannot access my website the way I should be able to. I believe the issue is popup maker. Please help me to locate my plugins so I can disable popup maker or anything else that is causing my website to be dysfunctional. thank you
