-
Hello. Try follow the steps at Account Recovery, if it doesn’t work let us know and post here the URL from the site.

I don’t have any of those :
– Do you have a transaction ID?
– Do you have an activation URL or key?
– Do you have two factor authentication codes? -
I made some changes in the Settings -> General -> link on WordPress. I change it to https://amglobal.us , now I don’t have an access to my dash board. Please help me

Looks like the site https://amglobal.us is hosted at GoDaddy. That’s why we can’t help from here, you should contact your provider. If you’re using WordPress’ open source software, you can get help in this forum.

Just like the other domain, this one is hosted at GoDaddy. The wp-login is to access your wordpress.org account. Since WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two completly separated entities, even the staff here don’t have access to the database of WP.org.
So, you should go to the WP.org forum to get advanced help. -
Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.
