Help to make a category into a navigation page

  Hi I have a category that I want to make into a navigation link too.

  I’ve looked on the web for help on this and there are many explanations, but none of them seem to be right for this version of WP.

  Can anyone give me an easy step by step answer to how I make a category into a main nav button like the HOME and ABOUT buttons? Thanks
