Help to Restore English as my Operational Language

  Hi
  How can I get out of this rat trap? I made the error of clicking on Arabic as my second operational language and it instantly became the sole operational language of the site! And no matter how I tried to brush it off, it would not budge! I could not do anything for six hours now. I was going to upgrade from premium to business with English as my sole operational language.
