Help to upload an image, please!

  I am trying to upload onto my blog the above image, but can’t do so. Clearly I’m doing something wrong, but I don’t know what.
  The blog that I am uplifting from, says to paste this code onto my blog or in a widget. I’ve tried both – as you will see from the most recent entry on my blog!
  Can anybody advise me, please?
