Help transfering my old blog to new Registered domain…

    I apologize in advance as I’m pretty new to the blog purchasing and hosting world…Bare with me.

    Ok so I have a blog here at AllBrixEverything.Wordpress.Com [or ABE] – I wanted it just ABE.com. So i purchased ABE.com from Go Daddy and also a hosting account.

    After ABE was purchased, I set up the hosting account on Go Daddy through their WordPress wizard that walks u through the steps. Everything worked well and now i have a WordPress blog called ABE.com thats ready and availble to upload content and create on.

    Here’s my problem, the old blog is still there at AllBrixEverything.Wordpress.com – Can i transfer all my old blogs along with all my info regarding my account to this newly created site? i really dont want to lose any information there and posts…

    You can Export your blog and the Import it at your new host.

    You might want to review the Terms of Service or export very quickly.

    Once you have done the export, set your blog here to Private. That way it’ll act as a backup but not interfere with your SEO on the new site.
