Help transfering stats and subscribers

  I just transferred authormariagrace.com to point to a new self hosted word press site, randombitsoffascination.com. Could you help me get my stats and subscribers transferred to the new site. I have Jetpack already installed on the new site. Givengoodprinciples.com and authormariagrace.wordpress.com still point to the old site.
