Help Transferring a WordPress.org Site to WordPress.com

  Hi there! I’m stuck on the upgrade and import section of transferring everything from a WordPress.org site. Can you help me?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Hey there,

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  Currently, I can’t see an import running, does this clear when you clear the browser cache? Are you able to tell us the URL of where you’re importing that site?

  Also, we do have a plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ to help with moving sites from outside of WordPress.com into our platform.

  We can take this step by step to help you get set up.
