Help Transferring Subscriptions!

  I need help transferring my email followers or subscriptions from epicjrhigh.wordpress.com to epic.gracechapel.org. Please help, Thanks

  I need the same help. I have searched all over and can’t find any instructions on how to transfer my followers and stats. I followed the step by step instructions and all my content transferred. Everything except followers and stats. My old site was crazy4subscriptionboxes.wordpress.com and now is crazy4subscriptionboxes.com. Help please. If I can’t get my followers and stats I will need to back to my old blog ;( Thank you.

  There are many threads on this and some are very recent.

  Not to worry. Provided you post the URL for the free hosted WordPress.com blog and the URL for the WordPress.org site into a forum thread here, and you have already installed and activated the JetPack plugin Staff can do this for you. I tagged this thread for their assistance. . Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  I’m sorry on the # of threads I am very confused as to where I should post this .com or org. Hope this is the right place now. I need to move stats and followers from http://www.crazy4subscriptionboxes.wordpress.com to http://www.crazy4subscriptionboxes.com. Can you do that? I can’t find the instructions anywhere :( I do have the JetPack plugin activated. You say I need to post this query into a forum. This isn’t in a forum? So I need to repost this?

  Please relax knowing everything is A – Okay. Yes, you have posted to the correct forum. Yes, Staff will get to this thread as soon as they can and make the transfer for you.

  Staff work their way through support tickets and forum threads tagged for their attention by dealing with those that have the earliest date and timestamps first, then moving forward to deal with those that have the most recent date and time stamps. Please be patient while waiting for Staff to assist the bloggers who posted before you did.

  No worries thanks ;). I was just worried bc I couldn’t find instructions to do it making me think those 2 things wouldn’t migrate. But seems the will. Thanks for all your help!

  It looks like your Jetpack blog is connected to a different WordPress.com account. Could you please disconnect it from that account and connect it to your crazy4subscriptionboxes account so I can initiate this transfer of followers?

  i only have one WordPress account: http://www.crazy4subscriptionboxes.wordpress.com. I just transferred it to http://www.crazy4subscriptionboxes.com. What account is it showing attached to? I only started my blog in May and that is my only account.

  I just disconnected the account to Jetpack and reconnected. Can you take a look and see if it’s ok now?

  Your subscribers and followers have been transferred as requested.

  Please note that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.

  You might thing about setting up a Site Redirect for your WordPress.com site at crazy4subscriptionboxes.wordpress.com to send your site visitors to your new domain. Otherwise, people will still be able to subscribe on your old site.

  Another 2 questions. 1. When I go to stats it only lists number of visitors and click but Does not show a list of my followers. How do I see them?

  Also can my stats be transferred?

  Hi crazy4subscriptionboxes,

  I transferred 23 WP.com Subscribers and 97 email subscribers. Looking at your new site’s followers, it looks like they were all migrated over. It’s possible you checked your numbers before they were all processed.

  I’ve also merged your stats as requested.

  ooops, never mind I refreshed a few times and all followers are there. Now I only need to see how my stats can transfer in terms of total # of comments,views by day/week/month (this is the bar chart that shows up on the stats page). Thank you again!
