Help! Trying to add social buttons to homepage

  Hi,

  I am using the Photographer theme and would like to have the social buttons (share and like) to appear after each post on the homepage – right now the social features are showing on the post page.

  I know its possible because this blog is doing it on the Photographer theme: http://lovelifeeat.com.

  Can anyone please help me figure this out? Thanks!

  Troubleshooting
  If you are having trouble showing the sharing buttons on your blog, please check the following:
  I can’t see the buttons on the front page.
  Make sure to select “Front Page, Archive Pages, and Search Results” for “Show buttons on” setting. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/#troubleshooting
