Help! unable to launch. it will redirect to the package page

  Please help:

  Everytime I press “launch” it will redirect me to “choose a website name” page. After I choose a free website, it will direct me to 4 paid package page but I don’t want to use any of them. Yes, there will be a small “skip” there, but when I press the “skip”, it will direct me to a whole new blank website for me to set again. Just can’t launch the website I’ve already done. Please help. Thanks.

  Hi there – I’ve put an example below. Is that the screen you are taken back to when you try to launch your site? If so, does that last option exist to “Skip Purchase” ?

  If you are able to see that option and skip the purchase, does that then launch your site as you expected?

  Hi,

  Weird thing happened. I refresh the page several times but I didn’t see the screen like your example yesterday. But I do see the right screen just like your example when I refresh the page today. Thanks for your help. It’s resolved. Thank you!
