Help! Unable to Recover Account Made by Former Employee
-
Hello,
I am trying to recover the login information for https://perfumaniareviewscom.wordpress.com/
This was setup by a former employee and I do not have proof of ownership. Please let me know what can be done to gain access, migrate the content, or delete the content so it can be re-published on the correct branded site.
I attempted to change the email address on April 9 and now I am unable to login. The password reset form says that there was no account associated with the email addresses and now I’ve setup several new accounts.

@perfumaniareviews you will need some kind of proof of ownership to do anything to do the site. Or, if your former employee created the site with their personal email rather than a company email, you might ask them if they’ll transfer ownership to you.
Otherwise, I’d recommend proceeding with creating your site at another address.

I have attempted to contact but with no reply. What’s frustrating is I accessed all of his logins after he left and attempted to change the email address on all accounts. Now, WordPress.com is saying that there is no account associated with any of the possible email accounts that were used. I have access to the previous employees inbound emails as well.

If you can contact us at passwordhelp@wordpress.com with that information, we’d like to take a look at it to see if we can further assist you.
Thank you!
