Help – Unable to Reset WP login

I have a WP site hosted by Go Daddy. I didn’t access the site for a few months and in that time Go Daddy made updates that apparently conflicted with WP themes or plugins to my site. Now, when I try to reset my WP login, it takes me to a blank white page. WP forums said it is a Go Daddy issue. Go Daddy says it’s a WP issue and the only way GD can help is if I pay an additional $99/mo. for Premium WordPress Management plan (but I already have paid for standard WP Management plan). Here is what GoDaddy has told me via chat:
Eugene S.: Unfortunately, it’s not a GoDaddy issue.
Eugene S.: We manage the hosting and hosting is working fine.
You: then why is WP telling me it is? Should I just keep pressing WP??
Eugene S.: The problem you have is related to WP application.
Eugene S.: WP application is built in third party application you have on the hosting.
You: ok, I will keep trying with WP then…this is very frustrating
Eugene S.: We have limited resources regarding WP application, plugins and theme.
Eugene S.: That is why if you have issue them we can only do basic troubleshooting.
Eugene S.: And you need to contact the developer.Can anyone help me reset my WP admin login so I can access my site for updates? Thanks in advance.

When I see issues like this I’m glad I stuck with WordPress.com. Unfortunately this forum can’t help you and as your site isn’t hosted here neither can WordPress.com staff. You’ll need to continue to seek advice at the appropriate forum:
