Help Unblocking My Site

My account was hacked. I have cleaned it through SiteGround, but apparently Google has blocked it. I don’t know if I can get into it to look at it until they unblock it. I’d appreciate any suggestions or help. I’m so frustrated and I don’t know how to fix this.
