Help understand how to change a imbeded link

    Hello,
    My site https://thunderexhaust.com/ has an image that shows up when the page is scaled down to mobile. That image is making the page show the not secure pad lock. I can’t seem to find how to change it. Can anyone help me understand where this image is housed so I can change the URL path?
