help understanding users. Need to create a contributor

  Hi,
  I need help understanding users.
  I need to create a contributor that, once logged in, won’t get the email form when posting comments (like admin and other advanced users do).

  On the other hand, I want this user to be able to post, but only as drafts. Then the admin would pick the best posts, and approve them.

  Is this possible?

  Thanks TimeThief. I was made administrator of a girl’s blog who is sick. I’m posting medical updates. I’d like to know if she is also getting the comment emails, or if I need to forward them to her, or if there is a better role for me where I could write, and she’d get the comments for her enjoyment.
