Help! Unwanted Page Links on One page

  Hi, on the Donate page of my site, underneath the content there is a huge list of all the ‘Pages’, ‘Archives’, ‘Categories’ and ‘Meta’ which lists all the links for each of those categories. This only appears on one page and I’m not sure why or how to get rid of it. Any help would be appreciated!
