Help updating my DNS

  I want to update my DNS to point at InMotion Hosting so I can use plug-ins with a word-press site. I tried to follow these instructions but not clear what Type of DNS to Add/Delete/Edit in my case: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/custom-dns/

  Here are the inMotion DNS ips:
  ns.inmotionhosting.com – IP Address: 74.124.210.242
  ns2.inmotionhosting.com – IP Address: 70.39.150.2
