Help updating page with new posts

Hello,
How do I get a new blog onto my News and Events page? I want the old blog (Press conference) to be archived. I’m not sure I know how to do that. and then create two more blogs onto the News and events page. When i create a new blog it shows up as my homepage and I dont want that. I want people to keep clicking onto News and events to get latest information. Please help I have some updates that need to go up ASAP.

We need a link to the blog, starting with http, in order to answer questions. Or you can make your name a link to your blog by adding your blog URL to your Profile page under “Website”.

The issue is: you are using the tabbed headers to separate out content by kind of content, when what they actually do is link to static pages.
What you WANT to do is to categorize everything you want on your News page with “News” etc. Then you want to put the categories widget in your sidebar, so people clicking on that go to the News category page. Here at WordPress.com, tabbed headers link to static pages, and Categories widgets in the sidebar link to category pages. There’s a workaround to make header links go to other pages like Category pages, but I can’t find it right now.
