Help upgrading account to business account

    I am trying to figure out how i can upgrade my website to a business plan. I do not have a word press account attached to the website which is preventing me from upgrading and i’m not sure how to attach one. I think the issue lies in the fact our website is not hosted by wordpress but only built on it as far as i can tell. thank you in advance.

    I have checked, and the freethebirds.com domain is not on a site here, and I do not see any sites on your account here.

    To start a site here, and add your freethebirds.com domain to it, Log into your account, and click the Create Site button. Walk through the process and add the Business Plan. When you get to the domain question, select to use a domain you already own and put in your domain name.

    Once that is done, log into your Godaddy domain account, and change the name servers on your domain to the following three and make sure those are the only ones listed.

    ns1.wordpress.com
    ns2.wordpress.com
    ns3.wordpress.com

    This Godaddy help document will explain how to do that.

    Once that is done let us know, and we can help you get your Office 365 email DNS added back so that they will work.
