Help Uploading pics

    Hi, I’ve been trying for weeks to get a single picture to upload to my blog I’ve used here for years. Do I need to pay something or is there something I missed and that’s why it’s not working? I can usually upload any pictures and write however much text I need?

    Hello Liz,

    It looks like your media library is full.

    All sites on WordPress.com come with 3GB of storage for media files, but you have almost 18GB of files at the moment. You had upgrades that increased your storage limit, but you cancelled those upgrades or allowed them to expire, so your site is back to the 3GB limit. Any images already in the library can still be used, but you won’t be able to add any new files to the library.

    We no longer sell stand-alone space upgrades. Our Premium Plan adds 10GB additional storage for a total of 13GB, which is still less than what you already have. So the only way to add more space in this case is with our Business Plan which expands your storage to 200GB.

    Alternatively you can also free up space by deleting files from the library. However, keep in mind that any file you remove from the library will also disappear from any post/page where you’ve used it.
