  I signed up for a domain name when I was with wordpress through the store……
  I need to renew my domain name but the renewal button is not working. PLEASE Someone Tell me how to GET IN TOUCH with WHOM ever I need to so I can renew my domain registration.

  THIS HAS NOT TO DO WITH THE ORIGINAL SITE BEING PULLED 8 Months ago – I SINCE MOVED TO A PAID SITE

  BUT
  WORDPRESS Still OWNS the Contract on my Domain Name
  PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME

  This Is ONLY About Domain Name Registration RENEWAL that WordPress holds the contract on……..

  For starters you need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns the domain name to renew it. Was there another account you might have used to register the domain name? Also not even the staff can help until you tell someone what domain name needs to be renewed

  PS – opening many threads does not help your cause

  I went to through the email they sent me signed in with the only information I have ever had …….. the renewal button does not function
  How do I get in touch with a body to manually renew

  Opening a new thread explained that it had nothing to do with the free blog that was shut down 8 months ago and has been running smoothly as a paid blog since……..

  A flip answer about something that wasn’t even the question didn’t help anything except frustration…… ya know
